The day will begin at 8:30 AM with the guides meeting you at the Coyote Office, where your bike and gear will be ready. You'll start off with a delicious market breakfast to fuel up for an epic adventure. The mountains of Oaxaca are named in honor of Mexico’s first Indigenous president, and today you'll be paying tribute to the region's Indigenous cultures by visiting a sacred lookout. You'll warm up with some laps in the Benito Juárez area before heading to Mil Ríos. From there, you'll descend over 4,500 feet down a 2,000-year-old trail leading into the Oaxaca Valley, eventually arriving in Tule, a town renowned for its art, food, and culture. You'll get to see the world’s oldest tree and enjoy your first traditional Oaxacan lunch. The day will wrap up with a mostly flat and downhill pedal back to your hotel.
